I just bought STS Total Body (I don't have the whole series), and while I know that I *should* take the time to properly figure out what my 1RM is for each exercise, time is precious and I'm chomping at the bit to do this w/o ASAP. That said, is anyone willing to share what weights they used for this w/o to give me a guide to start with? I always match Carhe's weights and am really missing that guideline right now. I realize that I'll need to figure out how to best tweak it to fit my needs and will adjust this as I go along, but a starting point would be AWESOME!!!
