i have an old tape that i find the most effective even though it has no planks or stability ball because it is so old-created in 1994. its called Super Abs by Dr. Len Kravitz.the guy is not attractive and i do not like his voice so i turn it down real low but it is still a great workout. it has 2 parts-intermediate and advanced.the first part i do not like the background.the second part i like-advanced. they are almost 30min.it has a wide variety of moves unlike cathe.
