Substitution for Hard Core Extreme?

Hi all, hat's off to all of you Bootcampers this month! Actually, anyone who does any of the Cathe workouts deserves a round of applause as these workouts are not easy. Anyhow, I'm doing the Hardcore Fatloss Rotation and it calls for Hard Core Extreme, which I don't have. What can I substitute or compile? I have the following:

Premix #1: Interval Circuit (approx. 71 min.)

Warm Up Imax 3

Imax Interval 1(includes the blast too)

High step Cycle #1
Leg Press w/band
Tricep Push Ups on step
Leg Press with Overhead press

Side Push Ups

Imax Interval 4

High Step Cycle #2
Squats w/barbell
Deadlift w/barbell
Barbell rows 1st set
Barbell rows 2nd set

Kick Max Blast Challenge (ONLY first 5 blasts)
Imax Interval 8(includes blast)
Imax Interval 9(includes blast

To substitute the second HE workout you can mix IMAX 2 intervals with the Low Max intervals and after that do the KM blast challenge. Hope this helps.

Thanks so much, you've given me some good ideas. I'll mix up Imax2, Lowmax and Kickmax blasts for about 70 minutes.

Hi there!

I'm subbing Hardcore Extreme tonight too, but I'm actually not really subbing as I'm just going to use the Imax 3 and Kickmax DVDs to put together the Interval Blast plus legs:)
