SUBSTITUTE FOR STEP JUMP PUMP

I started doing a rotation last week and of course tonights is suppose to be Step Jump Pump well I am showing UPS will deliver it tomorrow. What can I substitute in its place tonight. I was thinking Circuit Max or any suggestions you may have would be great. Thank You

You could do Cardio & Weights or maybe Body Max.

BC might work or one of the high step workouts.

YOu can substitute any workout that has a combo of cardio and weights.
