substitute for stairs?

Hi Cathe,
In your July rotation you say to run up a flight of stairs in house. I don't have ANY stairs to run up and down, is there some thing else I can do? I do have a step bench and 8 risers. For the first time through I used the step with it at 8 inches and ran up and down for 25 steps each foot, but I'm not sure this really did much for the glutes. (Lots for the heart though!!) Oh, "WOW" the jumping squats, one minute(?), I got to 36sec and had to stop and walk around for about 20 sec and then finish. I couldn't get my legs to go up any more. I thought I was pretty strong before that. I have been working out for 6 years, 2yrs with you but this really got me. I guess the change in routine really makes a difference. Thank you for all your efforts to help keep us all in healthy shape!!
I look forward to your new dvds which I pre-ordered last year. I know they will be great as all your tapes and dvds are. Take care of your knee first though, we want you strong so you can make us strong too.
