Subscription Required Message on Apple TV and IOS

I bought a 6 month subscription to Cathe Live today while on my computer. I am able to access all of the Cathe Live workouts using Safari and Chrome. I downloaded the Cathe Live app for IOS and also the AppleTV app and am able to log in to them with the same username and password as the one I used to purchase my 6 month subscription. The problem is that whenever I try to view one of the workouts on both my iPhone and AppleTV, I get a Subscription Required message saying Please purchase your monthly membership from Settings Tab. Why do these apps not recognize that I am already a subscriber?

ETA: Customer Service helped me log in. It was an issue with my username.
