Subs for Leaner Legs and CTX?

I'm doing Cathe's current August rotation, and she's got us doing Leaner Legs this week and CTX Kickbox and CTX all Upper Body in a couple of weeks. I don't have either of these videos just yet. Would S&H Lower Body be an ok sub for LL? I could do GS or PLB instead, but she's already got those in the rotation and I haven't had a chance to try out any of my new S&H videos yet. ;-)

She's also got both KPC and Kick Max in the rotation, and I'd rather not repeat them in place of CTX KB. Any other good suggestions that would include cardio and a good amount of UB and clock in around an hour?

You can sub Leaner Legs with a Legs and Glutes Premix and CTX kickbox with the kickbox premix of Bootcamp.
