what can I sub for these dvds

ctx upper body
leaner legs
mic
mis
muscle endurance
step works
power hour
cardio and weights

I have a lot of cathe's dvds just not these.
Thanks for all the help, I need it.

For CTX Upper Body just substitute any of Cathe's upper body workouts, making sure to hit back, chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps. You could use Gym Style chest and triceps, and back, shoulders, biceps DVD's or anything you have that covers all those areas.

Since you don't have PH or ME, just use any of Cathe's total body weight workouts, like MM or SS/PP.

For leaner legs, how about legs and glutes or GS legs?

You can sub any of Cathe's highs step workouts for C&W.
 
I'll make it easy, so you can just pick and choose from what you have:

>ctx upper body = any upper body workout
>leaner legs = any lower body workout
>mic = any intense cardio workout
>mis = any full-body weight workout
>muscle endurance = any full-body workout, endurance based (PH, for example)
>step works = any step workout
>power hour = any step workout
>cardio and weights = any cardio/weight circuit workout
