For CTX Upper Body just substitute any of Cathe's upper body workouts, making sure to hit back, chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps. You could use Gym Style chest and triceps, and back, shoulders, biceps DVD's or anything you have that covers all those areas.
Since you don't have PH or ME, just use any of Cathe's total body weight workouts, like MM or SS/PP.
For leaner legs, how about legs and glutes or GS legs?
You can sub any of Cathe's highs step workouts for C&W.
