subbing workouts

I am looking at a rotation that uses The Pure Strength series in it. Would it be safe to say that I can sub the Slow & Heavy series and / or even PLB & PUB for it?

The rotation is actually Cathe's 16 week maximum weight loss rotation.

Anyone has some words of wisdom for me?
 
You could sub any weighted workout for PS. Personally, I like S&H best but either one would work. Whatever you decide, don't be afraid to go heavy!
