Sub on the Rock Bottom Rotation

Can someone please tell me what to sub for Body Max on the "Rock Bottom" rotation? The only other circiut workouts I have are C&W, Power Circuit, and BC. I also have MM, ME, GS/UB, S&H, PUB, & CTX for other UB workouts. (I'm working on getting them all!) ;-D

And, would it be alright to sub the GS w/os for the PS w/os in week 4? Or should I use something else?

With the workouts you've mentioned a good substitue for BodyMax would be C&W step only premix followed by PowerCircuit (circuit segment only) then ME or MM upperbody only premix with abs and stretch. GS Legs is longer than PS Legs so you certainly won't be compromising intensity by substituting it. HTH:)
