Sub for Pyramid Upper Body

Just started a rock bottoms rotation and this is the one did I do not have. Any recommendations on what I should use in its place?

LIS Upper Body or the Upper Body mix from BM2. I think both are great upper body workouts.

Do you have Push/Pull? Sometimes I'll do the PP upper body split x3 rotation and go heavier with each cycle to make it like PUB.
