I'm doing the November rotation. I don't have CTX kickbox (please don't enable me to get it, I've a huge Cathe collection already)
What could I substitute? How long is the cardio only portion? It must be short if Cathe has it scheduled after the Lowstep workout which is 40 min.?
I was thinking the first part of Cardio Kicks? Could I do the first cardio of KPC?
Any suggestions?
