For about a month I have not been exercising as much as I would like and my eating was kind of in the toilet, but the scale didn't really move that much. So, this past weekend I decided to get my butt in gear. I worked out for 1.5 h on Monday and 1 h yesterday. My eating was not wonderful, but it was WAY better than it had been the past month. I get on the scale this morning and I have gained 4 lbs since Monday. Also, it isn't that time of the month. I am going to not let it get me down, but it just kind of stinks!!! :-(
