I need some motivation. I am a lifetime weight watcher member for about 4 years now (have kept off 40 lbs) and about 1 1/2 ago I really fell off the wagon and gained 12lbs back and have not been able to get it off. I have not been 100% faithfull to the program or my workouts. I do good for about 2 weeks and then I start getting sloppy (the weekends are the hardest time for me). I am currently at 140 and would like to be at 128. I'm only 5ft and am 30 yrs old. If anyone has any tips please help.
