Ugh... same problem area here. x( I hate that little pocket of fat, so frustrating! I have been successful before in getting it way better than it would be without extra work but the one thing that I have noticed the most is unless my diet is 100% clean, I won't be able to completly rid myself of it. So, I have to decide what is more important... still trying to decide! ;-)
Anyway, besides diet the best workouts I've found for this area are the following. Just remember even with these workouts if my diet is just so/so then it won't go away totally but still is much better.
B&G original mix- the combination of moves in this are great- one leg squats, side hammer punches, floor glute work, walking lunges
L&G- I do the ankle weight work plus the plie squats w/ 8-10lbs weight added on to other cardio a lot
Kick Max- Leg Drills
Original Buns of Steel- I only do the outer thigh, inner thigh, and glute work parts of this b/c it is so old & the set & outfits are terrible but let me tell you this is the BEST w/o I've found to hit the outer thigh. It had me begging for mercy the first time I did it which doesn't happen often since I do have to work that area so often. I now do this part at least twice a week as add ons to my normal workout.
Power Half Hour(beachbody)- Thigh Trimmer & Bun Shaper
Power 90 Masters Series(beachbody)- Plyo Legs, burns like crazy and uses no weight at all.
Slim Series(beachbody)- Firm It Up, Shape It Up, & Tone It Up all do a good job at hitting the thighs w/ FIU being all legs/no weights
Tamille Webb Cardio Blast- easier cardio but a lot of the moves do hit the thighs so it's nice to use for an easier cardio with the bonus of hitting the thighs at the same time.
For cardio I try to stick to kickboxing or floor work mainly b/c the step builds my leg muscles very quickly.
Powerstrike 1 & 2
Cindy Whitmarsh Ultimate Fat Burner
KPC
Kick Max
Drill Max - I have to force myself not to do this daily, LOVE IT!!!
HST- but only on occasion since the high step is the focus of it, would love to be able to do more.
Cardio Intervals- Power 90 Masters from beachbody
I'm sure I could go on & on listing more workouts as I own way too many but these are the best I believe for what you are looking for.
Sorry, probably way more than you cared to know but HTH!
