Cathy, I've emailed your customer service 3 times and I still don't have a reply to my question. Not impressed?
 
What's your question? Perhaps someone else from around the boards can offer an idea to the answer while SNM folks are busy wrapping up the filming project? I will say however, that by and large I've found Cathe's customer service to be outstanding!!!!

Check your spam folder - sometimes email programs will filter out non-spam messages into the spam folder by mistake. I agree, Cathe's customer service is top-notch, and if you aren't receiving a response, it's likely due to a technical problem rather than a customer service problem.
 
I'm sorry if you're having problems with our support. I checked our ticketing system and we have no one with 3 open tickets. I also checked your name and email address and could not find any open or closed tickets for your name. If you could please provide us with your ticket numbers we will be happy to explore this further.
