Is there anyway to include a PDF of all of the individual discs of STS (like the 1RM PDF)? I love that the workouts are online, but I hate having to sit there and print each disc's workout individually.
It would be even MORE fantastic if there was a 3-month PDF of STS and a 6-month PDF so I didn't have to print two copies and go back and try to organize it. Thanks!
