STS Total Body or High Reps?

I don't usually do a lot of weight-only workouts (usually cardio or cardio/weight circuit), but am interested in possibly getting either STS Total Body or High Reps. Can you compare the two in style of the workout and net physical outcome? Is one more likely to build muscle? One more cardio intense? Is one more effective/tiring than the other? Just trying to get a feel for the workouts so I can make a decision. Thank you! (and I am SOOO excited for Intensity by they way!)
 
They both work you very hard but in very different ways....

STS Total Body is more traditional weight lifting and uses supersets and compound exercises. You work with heavier weights and in sets of 16 and 12.

High Reps takes one body part at a time, a performs high reps for this body part for minutes at a time with moderate weight.
