STS Strength & Cardio, Insanity, Running Rotation?

Hi,

I haven't been on these boards in a long time, so if this has already been addressed a link to that answer would be great.

I'd like a rotation that blends STS resistance, cardio, Insanity, and running 1-2x a week (I also have an elliptical, that could be thrown in).

Has anyone created something like this, or anyone feel creative enough to? I am currently 3 months into an ankle sprain that has allowed very little and mild cardio, so have lost a lot of my conditioning. Have been doing a jog/walk protocol for over a week now, and am able to take the workload on the elliptical up higher for cardiovascular training. Tried some gentle/basic step moves with only one riser this morning--ankle talks to me with lateral moves. So I'm not quite ready for Cathe step, or plyo :(, but hope to be REAL SOON!!

bumping this as I would like to see if anyone has come up with something like this, I am about to end the 61/2 month STS rotation and was going to get insanity, but also like to run...
