STS Shipping Update 1-28-09

Today has been a very good day for shipping orders and ton are going out today. As we type this update shipping is still going on. UPS is here now (5 pm) picking up, but they're going to stay here with us until at least 7pm or longer if possible tonight to help us get as many orders out as possible.

We expect to finish shipping all Pre-sale UPS orders by tomorrow. We will still have some postal orders that we will take to the post office on Friday, but we will then be completely finished. So not too much longer to go here.

As soon as we finish shipping we will try to as quickly as possible catch up on customer service issues.

Y'all are the bomb diggity. I've never participated in a pre-sale before with anyone, but I would definitely do it again with you guys.

It was a long wait, but it was also mountains of work. I think you kept us well informed, and the communication during the last few days even though you were trying to get all these orders out has been awesome.

Shipping notice

If I ordered in December when should I receive my shipping notice? Does it come via regular mail or email?

Your notice should come by e-mail. If referring to your # it on your invoice. I ordered in DEC. too.

I am in Canada and am expecting mine to go through postal service, have you been sending out the postal orders each day or are you waiting until the very end to send them. I really hope mine are the way, especiallly since it will take a while to get here and I would like to start around the same time as everyone else.
