STS rotation

Hi all,
I should probably post this on the STS forum but I thought I might get more responses here:) I'm getting ready to start my first STS rotation and I was wondering if there is a rotation posted hitting each body part twice per week.
Also I don't know if this is overkill. Please give me your input all you STSer's and I'll take it from there!

I just finished meso 1 week 2. I am doing STS for the first time. It's very intense. I personally would not be able to work each body part 2x per week. I am working legs more then once but not w/STS both times. I am using Tonique so it's quite doable for me.

Agreed. STS is an intense series and you really don't want to push it. Believe me, once you start, you will be glad each segment is worked only once per week! Sometimes, I didn't think I could do the other upper body workout because I was still sore from the first one!

Try it as designed first before considering any modifications!
