STS Payment plan

I signed up for the plan that is $79.99 for the first payment. Are the subsequent payments $70? I have a random debit and I assume that it is but the site says it would be $79.99 so I am confused!

(This is evidence that I really didn't care what the cost was and simply ordered it!)

I don't remember my exact payments but I know the first payment was the most because it added in the shipping charge.
