STS Order - Doesn't show in account

I wasn't sure where to post this but I'll try here!

I pre-ordered STS back in July and today I went to my account because we are going to be moving so I wanted to change my address so that STS would be delivered to my new home address. The STS order does not appear in my account anywhere and so I just wanted to make sure that it's not supposed to be there.

Please advise...
