STS One Body Part a day

Has anyone done one body part a day with STS and did you have good results. I am trying to lose the baby weight, and want to do 30 minutes of cardio every day. Thanks for any input.

I started one and did it for about 2 weeks and then I got side track and wasn't able to complete it, but I really like it for the 2 weeks. I did cardio in the am and the weight training in the pm for the first week and then switch.
 
i did it. i like doing meso 2 like this. i too like to do more cardio so instead of doing 90 min workouts per day (i full sts workout and 30 min of cardio) i did the one body part thing and 30 min of cardio. i leaned out a bit doing this. however wednesday was leg day so no cardio on that day as i did the leg workout as is. so my schedule was
Monday: chest, cardio, abs
tuesday: back, cardio
wednesday: legs, abs
thursday: biceps, cardio,
friday: triceps, cardio, abs
sat: shoulders, cardio
