I have been through all of my ab workouts and was thinking I needed something new, so I was perusing my dvd's and thought I'd try the core segment on the MMA workouts. They're all really good and I think come in at 8-10 minutes. Just a little tidbit for my fellow Cathletes!
I was considering downloading MMA Fusion (the clips look very challenging) after my no-buy-till-ICE plan , so thank you for the heads up! I need to shake up my core routine regularly to keep at it.
