OMG!!!!!! I did Disc 26 for the first time last night for Week 3 Day 2 of the 3 Month Transformation Rotation and was really fighting for the last reps of EVERYTHING!!! Thank goodness I had some experience with Cathe's Hiit workouts or I would have caved!!!! That was one tough workout! I feel so awesome today! Thanks Cathe!;)
 
Love that feeling!

I'm doing that rotation also. Thought (and felt) the same thing after doing that workout. I'm really enjoying this rotation so far!

STS #26 is the BOMB! I pull this one out as a stand-alone workout because I miss it when I'm not doing an STS rotation.
