STS made me realize how weak my legs are!

I'm in my last week of Meso 1, and every week after I do legs (beginning the day after the workout), they hurt until almost a whole week later! I had no idea that my legs were so weak..lol! It's definitely a "workout pain", so I'm not worried that I'm doing anything wrong, but I'm sure hoping that once my muscles build up, it won't be as painful..

I've read in some threads that Meso 3 is toughest on legs :confused: I'm scared! LOL
 
You are having growing pains ! :D Stretch those legs out a little longer after your leg workout and take in more magnesium (almonds, cashews, fish if you don't like to take supplements). Also, you should be looking at your protein intake for amino acids, since they will aid in repair.

I like to think of them as growing pains too! ;) I will definitely consider all that you suggested. I feel as though I take in enough protein, but will do some "actual" comparisons with how much I should take in as to how much I actually do take in. I may need to increase that. I will also look into how much magnesium I should be intaking. I eat about an ounce of almonds every day, and I do take a multi-vitamin daily, but I'll need to check those to see the amount of magnesium they have. Thanks for the great advice!
