Hey everybody, I'm trying to decide on my next rotation and I think I've narrowed it down. Has anyone done either rotation or both? If so, what kind of results did you get? I'll probably sub Ride or Cyclemax in once during the week for LIC. I would like to gain some muscle and shed some fat! Also, not sure I can give up Cardio Leg Blast ... Love that one
