STS Legs - Squat Rack

You have to lift pretty heavy to see results here
Since it's not a lot of repetitions. I am ok when it comes to upper body, but to loswer body, I feel I need more repetitions and I don't think I have the right equipment to do this DVD. I wanted to do this one and Plyo. But I am thinking of doing another leg workouts sucks as legs and glutes or B&G instead of squat rack
even though I kind of like the concept. I just feel I didn't get a good workout.
Anyone else feels the same?
I need better equipment and no $ right now...
Can I make it work with only a barbell?
 
This was my favorite part of STS! I got a squat rack on craigslist free. She was asking something like $20 or so and I went to pay her and she said just take it. Would not take anything at all. I bought a can of spray paint and it looks brand new. So, check places like that. It isn't a fancy one but does what I need it to do. Also, you can wear a weighted vest to help take off some weight that would otherwise be on the barbell. I never did plyo legs but lots of people loved that one too.
