Today was my cardio day. I did LIC cardio PM and then 25 min of spinning. My legs were still tired feeling after doing the plyo legs 2 days ago! My glutes and inner thighs still hurt. As far as DOMS from Disc 1 it seems I got them where everyone else did, the lats. I know my shoulders felt worked yesterday, I'm thinking the different shoulder exercises in disc 1 is what caused these DOMS. And they were fun!
I too had issues with the paper plates using them on a berber carpet, I think I'm going to try plastic plates. I've tried the furniture movers my sis had but they didn't work too well for me and I think it's because they were all scuffed up from her using them to actually use them for moving furniture. What was she thinking???!?!?!
