STS Check In Disc 34

I'm finishing my last week of STS on the weekend! Life was crazy at work this week.

Happy to say that I was able to do all 8 reps at the 85%. I do definitely feel stronger. The deadlifts are still challenging, but not so hard to do as at the beginning of STS Meso 1. That is probably the exercise I have seen the most improvement in.
Chest flys also one of the hardest to--amazed that I did 8 reps lifting 40 lb dumbells!

Hard to believe this is it--the last leg of STS. I will miss it, but will repeat again in the late summer/early fall.
