Hello All and Happy Mother's Day!
I didn't see a new thread so I figured I'd get one started!
Y'day I had a hang over from having TOO much fun at a party on Saturday night. I did the best I could and pushed out 15 minutes of hula hoop in the afternoon. Calling it an active rest day. Better then nothing!
This morning I hit the gym early though for ITread 20 minutes #9 and abs. When I got home I did half (25 minutes) of X-Train Fit:: Arms! Not fancy but very effective...and I only did HALF!!!!
