STS BODYROCKERS week of January 29th

I'm here Wendy- spinning filled up for tomorrow by 7:30am today!!! I need some cardio for tomorrow. IMAX3? IMAX2? Intensity? Any feedback?

This morning, INTENSITY won- holy cow is that workout well named! As I was feebly doing my "air" moves, a thread of fear ran through me, I'm going on RT in 6 months, I need to get it in gear to keep up with the other Cathletes.

Something weight related for tomorrow- Muscle endurance maybe??

Good morning All!!:)

Wednesday's workout was CycleMax. Thursday was a rest day, I came home & took a nap. My husband thought I was sick because I never take naps. I felt great when I got up this morning. I will probably do weights today or maybe Turbo Barre. I'm trying to do it 2 times a week.

Bridget, sorry you missed spinning & glad you're feeling better!!:) Great job on the weight loss!!

Wendy & Kiki, hope you feel better soon!!

Katie, I had doms the first maybe 2 times I did it, but after that I've been fine. I don't know why but I rarely have doms, even though I really feel the work when I'm doing it.

I'm very excited for you guys going to the road trip, if she ever comes closer to SC, like Atlanta, GA, I will definitely try to attend.

Good Morning.

Day #3 of no work out for me. :(

I had my mind set to get up and give a shorter version of TurboBarre a go this morning but I wasn't able to fall asleep until late last night so when that alarm went off I was NOT getting up! :rolleyes:

Oh well. The extra day of rest is probably better anyway! Excited to get started on the LIS/STS rotation tmrw! WOOT! :D:D:D

Bridget:: Intensity is tough! Good job! Have you ever done it in reverse order!? LOL I did it once and only once! That should tell you something! :eek: ;)

Wiggie:: I was never a napper...until I became a mom. LOL Now I live for my naps! On weekends I almost always sneak one in a day if I can! I am a power napper though- 15 to 30 mins tops is all I need! Love them! :) Good work outs for you! I thought of you last night when I had thought I was going to do TB this morning! :)
 
Hi ladies!

I completely forgot to check-in yesterday. :rolleyes: :eek: Yesterday I did CCC and about DIED! Yowza that workout is hard, hard, hard. Today i'm resting and loving every second of it! Between CCC and starting my second round of STS this week i'm beat!

CONGRATS to Bridget, Terina, and Kiki!! You're going to have a great time at the RT. I hate I won't be able to meet ya'll in person, but if Cathe streams the workouts live again i'm going to do my best to "workout alongside ya." :)

Wendy: YAY i'm so glad you are starting the LIS/STS rotation tomorrow! I need a buddy in the "gym" with me. ;) I must admit STS kicked my butt this week, but I loved it! Yeah an ironman is akin to a door gym...I think. I don't really know. LOL! I just know you put in in your door frame and you can do pull-ups. Feeling any better today?

Wiggie: I'm not much of a napper either though I sometimes wish I was (I have trouble falling asleep when it's light outside). What workout did you decide to do today?

Bridget: I hear ya on Intensity. Crazy hard! I really enjoy that one now but I definitely have to be in the right frame of mind. You're going to rock the RT! ;)

Terina: Nice job with Cross-Train Express! That's another series i'm dying to buy. Do you like it? How does it compare to other Cathe workouts?


Kiki: Awww sorry you're feeling bad. Is DH still administering "chocolate medicine"? :p
 
Very Very late check in for friday(2:am)
I did ALL STEP from xtrain express.
Thrusday-a rest day for me =)

Katie-Xtrain express is a great workout set. Some of the workouts are under 60 min but you get a great workout. you will love it.
