Morning!
Today's workout was Disc 6 (legs) - the one I skipped yesterday. The leg discs are by far my favorite. I was exhausted by the end, but a good exhausted.
I've got fingers crossed old man DOMS pays me a visit.
Wiggie: Nice work with Disc 6! I'm really enjoying the leg work too. It's fabulous that we are doing STS together. It just makes it that much more enjoyable. Wow, SIX RISERS?!?!? Holy crap! I've got short little legs and can barely handle four. Well, that's not true. I can handle five, but if Cathe only uses four than that's good enough for me, LOL!

Wendy: So what workout did you decide on? My guess is Cardio Super Sets.
I love that "yep, I worked out hard" feeling I get when i'm sore the next day. Afterburn is killer on the legs. Plus you did all those lunges. Crazy girl! 
Good luck Christmas shopping! I've got one last package arriving on Saturday and then, except for DH's grandmother, I think i'm FINALLY done!
