STS Body Rockers - Week of Nov 7th

Morning Chicas!:)

My trip to the casinos was fun. I lost but oh well. That's what usually happens. :rolleyes::p

Got home around 3:30 y'day afternoon and decided to get a work out in after an early dinner. I took another stab at Low Impact Challenge. Combos 1 and 2 were no problem. Combo 3 was a bit tricky. Combo 4 was a lost cause!:confused::eek::eek: I skipped doing all of the combos at once. Too soon for my brain to handle that. :p Loved the challenge with all of those leg burner moves at the end! Great add on for another work out!

Today's non work out plan will likely be errands and chores. Tomorrow is lunch with a friend and then going to p/u my son from MIL's.

As for work outs I am definitely doing Turbo Barre. I am also considering Upper Body Tri Sets as well but that could change so we'll see.

Terina:: I would love to try Lower Body Trisets but with TB on the calendar it's not a good idea! LOL Glad you enjoyed it!

Bridget:: Hope you got your wish and work stayed quiet for you!

Wiggie:: Nice work outs! Glad you enjoyed the symposium.

Katie:: So are you still game for TB this weekend? BTW, a post office trip is on the agenda for today!;)
 
Total Body Trisets: Back/Biceps/Core Premix + Turbo Barre: W/U, Upper/Lower Body Muscle Endurance + Leg work with band

DONE!:D

Tmrw's plan is TBTS: CST + TB: Barre work, Floor work + Abs...YIKES!:eek:

Katie:: Sorry-cheating a bit by breaking up TB into 2 work outs :eek: but I'm still gettin' it done!;) Will you forgive me? :)
 
Good Saturday a.m. everyone!

I did Athletic Training Thursday (that one is tough too!), Turbo Barre was yesterday (I really feel that support leg too - wowwee) and today I did S&G Cardio premix and TBT UB :) Expecting Doms to visit again later today and tomorrow:)

Sounds like you all have been getting in some great workouts!

Wendy - sorry you lost at the casino, but glad you had fun! Way to get those workouts in! If I don't manage it in the a.m. - I'm quite unlikely to get it done later on - way to go!

Terina - I'm there with you on the 80s big hair era, I was thinking today while doing TBT UB that I like that music - I saw another post from someone saying they hate it - but there you go, everyone is different (Honestly, usually I don't even notice the music especially with the weight workouts - I'm focused to hard on the weights:) Great workouts for you:)

Bridget - way to go on your spinning! Oh, I bet the leaves are beautiful there in New England!! I know what you mean about taking it for granted, I grew up in Upper Michigan and we had beautiful falls, but I never really gave it a thought - now I would really appreciate it.

Wiggie - great workouts for you this week - way to go! Glad the trauma symposium was good.

Katie - way to improvise with your nephews step stool! :eek: That's awesome:) And joining you in December on that rotation is a deal:)

Erin - I'm excited now to try Yoga max - that's the only dvd of the LIS bunch that I haven't tried:) I'll have to see about purchasing the P90 sometime:)

Hope you all have a great weekend - we are doing an early Thanksgiving dinner with my younger brother tomorrow, I'll get in a good workout in the a.m. to hopefully fend off some of the damage. :eek:
 
Hello All!!

Today's (Sat) workout was M2D15 this am & TB this evening. I didn't intend to do the whole thing but before I knew it I was doing the ab segment. Excellent workout by the way, It's the first time I've ever done a barre workout.

Kris, I love Athletic Training!! I've only done it once. Hmmm, maybe I'll do that one Sunday!!

Thanks Wendy!! Glad you had a good time at the casinos!! I have terrible luck, I know I would lose my shirt!! LIC is my other favorite of this new series. I love intricate choreography!! It took 3 tries to get combo 4, I just kept doing it till I got it. Then I went on to the end where she puts all the combos together. I also love the leg blasts at the end. I really need that!!

Terina, Friday was lots of fun!! I haven't done or even previewed TBT. I'm still doing STS so I haven't figured out how to add that one into the rotation.

Bridget, I wish I was a nurse!! I'm a EMT-Basic, but we do that all the time!!

Way to go Katie!! I would never have thought of that, very clever!!

Kiki, you are wise beyond your years!! I lost 2 more lbs this week!! I am completely sold on lifting heavy!!

Hey Girls.

This morning's work out was Turbo Barre ballet bar leg conditioning, floorwork + abs followed by the c/s/t premix of Tri Sets upper body. Wiped me out!!! My biceps are ON FIYAH from y'day's work out too! Holy cow! Can't wait to see what hurts tomorrow! :eek::eek::eek:

Aside from that I spent a couple hours hangin out and having a lunch with a friend and doing some housework.

Leaving in about 5 mins to go p/u my son from MIL's...

I am very tired today. Didn't get as much sleep as I had hoped to. Took a short nap but it wasn't enough. Maybe I'll be able to go for another one once DS is settled in later...


No time for personals right now but I'll try to get to them when I get back later!
