STS Body Rockers Week of May 6th!!! :)

Hello Ladies.

Busy couple of days here but I've been working out!!!

Y'day was a 16 minute hoola/jump rope interval cardio + Yoga for the Warrior. Today was X-Train Fit: Legs. Tmrw should be a run and abs at the gym. I got my weighted hoop in the mail last night. I tried it briefly but can't wait to get to use it "for real" soon! :D

Hope everyone had a great Mother's Day!! Mine was wonderful!!

Friday's workout was JM Body Relolution phase 1 workout 1 & 2. Saturday's workout was JM phase 1 wk 3 & 4, & Sunday's was JM phase 2 wk 5, 6 & 7. My daughter got this for me from somebody who didn't want it after they got it. So I'm doing them all just to check it out. I'm really enjoying it.
