Hello Ladies.
Busy couple of days here but I've been working out!!!
Y'day was a 16 minute hoola/jump rope interval cardio + Yoga for the Warrior. Today was X-Train Fit: Legs. Tmrw should be a run and abs at the gym. I got my weighted hoop in the mail last night. I tried it briefly but can't wait to get to use it "for real" soon!
