STS Body Rockers week of April Fools

Good Morning.

Katie:: Great job completing 40/20...unlike me! Yeup, Yoga for Warriors is my rave yoga work out! You gonna buy it? ;)

Bridget:: The half marathon distance is a good one. I've run 2 of them and liked it alot. I have another Cathlete friend who is training for her first HM which she will run in May. If it goes well she may continue her training to run a full in September! Maybe you should consider the same! :) I considered it a few years back when I was running but let myself get talked out of it and now I regret it. :(

Wiggie:: How nice that you and hubs both have off today. If I still had a job I'd be working today. DH had off on this day for the past couple years while I worked it. Now that I'm home, he has to work. Go figure! I am alone too as my son is at my MIL's since last night so that he could color eggs with my SIL. We are going there for dinner later so we will take him home with us when we leave. In the meantime I'm going to my mom's in a few hours to help her prepare some our Easter meal ahead of time. By the way, Butt n Balance is a part of the Inside Out Collection so if you purchase those dvds you will automatically have B&B :) AND the yoga work out I can't stop talking about! ;)

Ok, off to figure out my work out and get it done! BBIAB!

Hey gang
Big workout this morning- Spin class went long- because of the Holiday and we spun for an hour- I went from there to the treadmill and ran a steady 5.5mph for 30 minutes- If I can keep that pace up for 2 1/2 hours or so, that is my 1/2 mary.

Mom & Dad are in from out of town, good to see them
WW- out the window for the weekend

Wiggie- I would love to be fit enough to qualify for a triathlon- perhaps that is in my future...

Wendy- joining Team Bob are you?

Katie- I look forward to hearing your swimming tales when you get started..

Will check in later

Bridget

Hey Ladies.

Just finished my work out a few minutes ago...

Bob's Work Out #1 from the Inside Out Series and Premix # 2 from Yoga Max. Good stuff. :)

Gotta eat lunch and get moving. I am bringing dessert for Easter dinner tmrw at my mom's. I have decided to make this: Skinny Apple Cobbler | Skinnytaste As with most everything else I have tried from the Skinny Taste site, I am sure the dessert I picked will be delicious and that no one will even realize it's a lower fat/healthier dessert. ;) So anyway, I need to get started on the dessert asap because I also plan to make an eggplant and garlic pizza for dinner tonight and I want to make sure I have plenty of time for both. :)

Hello Everyone!!

Friday's workout was Athletic Training, Saturday's workout was HIIT 25 & Yoga Meltdown by JM.

My granddaughter is here for the weekend, we hung out at church & helped with the yard sale, we'll all go to Easter services tomorrow.

Wendy, sounds like you're enjoying BH. I ended up ordering the inside out series,Kettlebell Sculpted Body & Ultimate Cardio, I think I got the names right. Dinner & dessert sound yummy!!

Bridget, great job on your run!!

Hi Katie!!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend!! :D

Grab Your Balls BR + Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga (omitted ab segment)...DONE!

Happy Easter to those who celebrate!

Happy Easter!! I hope ya'll are having a wonderful day! It is absolutely beautiful here in Kentucky and I am soaking up the sunshine. :)

It's been a busy weekend. I took off Friday from work which was nice. I spent the morning cleaning my house and the afternoon with my 1.5 year old nephew. Saturday the family came over for an Easter celebration. We even had a "sneaky bunny" treat for the adults (think "dirty santa") and an easter egg hunt for my nephews. Today we enjoyed an Easter/birthday lunch for my SIL.

I did manage to sneak in a few workouts. :) Friday I did a "shoulder shocker" which consisted of CTX: warm-up + shoulders and 4DS: shoulders (4 of the 5 rounds). I rounded out the workout with B&G:stability ball abs + stretch. It only took about 40/45 minutes but I felt great at the end! Yesterday I did Plyo legs and boy am I feeling it today. My quads and glutes are screaming. :D This morning I did Meso 3: Chest and Back (I can't remember the disc number, lol). I used my heaviest weight to date on the chest presses (55#), deadlifts (60#), and barbell rows (50#). I *think* I can actually go slightly heavier still so i'm looking forward to next week. ;)

Wow, i'm chatty today. :p

Wendy: Excellent workouts! I'm SO HAPPY you did a BR workout; I've missed reading the awesome workout names. ;) How do you listen to your body on Thursday. :p Just kidding of course! I'm glad you didn't do 40/20 when you weren't feeling up to it. How did the apple cobble turn out?? I adore skinnytaste.com! I rarely make something from there that I don't like. I ended up buying Bob's yoga workout. I'm VERY excited to try it out! I've been working out (almost) exclusively with Cathe for the past year and a half and I think I need to change it up to keep seeing results (hence the swimming, new Bob workouts, upcoming BR workouts, etc.). Cathe will always be my favorite of course. :)

Wiggie: I hope you're having a wonderful time with your granddaughter! Tough workouts lately! Keep up the awesome work!! How was breakfast and golfing on Friday? I love to golf! I played a lot one summer a few years ago when I borrowed a set of clubs; so much fun! Sadly I had to give the clubs back at the end of the summer and I haven't golfed much sense.

Bridget: Wow Bridget! An hour of spinning + 30 minutes on the treadmill?!?! Fantastic!!! You're going to kick butt during your 1/2 marathon! ;) I haven't been watching my eats this weekend either and it's been kind of liberating. LOL!

Good morning!!

Sunday's workout was Mama Wants before church(trying to get that morning cardio), that afternoon I did Tabata on the bike with Mindy Myrlea(20 min Short & Sweet) & that evening Yoga Relax premix #2.

Service was good Sunday, Bailee saw all the other kids doing their Easter speeches, so I asked her did she want to tell everyone Happy Easter. She said yes & ran up there & got the mic & said "Happy Easter Everyone!! No hesitation at all. So next year we will prepare something & practice.

Katie, I know you enjoyed your nephew, they are so much fun at that age. You managed to "sneak in" some great workouts!! Good job after being so busy!!

Wendy, I see you're bodyrockin again. I haven't even looked at that site lately. Way to go!!

Hi Bridget!!

Have a great day Everyone!! :D
