STS at Home or at Gym?

If you've worked out with STS, both at the gym and at home, which did you prefer, or think was more efficient, time-wise? Does it take as much time at the gym to search for all the weights you need, and or, wait for the weights you need, just as maybe the same (or more-or less?) time is spent at home gathering and putting back all the weights you need?

I haven't tried it at the gym, I do it at home in my basement where I have a pretty complete home gym set-up... also I bought Cathe's STS tower which I find very convenient. I can't do full pull-ups and chin-ups yet so the tower provides a great form of modification. I don't have a squat rack, not sure what I'll do when I get to that part, whether I'll just do the plyo option or go to the gym for that section.
 
I def think working out at home is more time-efficient, not to mention your drive to and from the gym. I also think gathering all your equipment will be faster at home and NO WAITING unless your hubby is using your stuff! :p
