I'm a runner (training for half and full marathon), and just bought a bike to train for a sprint-tri. Additionally, I take a cardio class once a week (interval training), and a spin once a week. I keep track of it all in a training log.
How can I incorporate my cardio into the STS system? I currently strength train 2-3 days week, and I am thinking about buying the STS System to switch my strength training. But, I'm not sure if it's for me b/c I already do cardio on my own and I see the DVD’s include cardio. Would like to try it, what package would be good for me?
By the way, I of Catha’s 2 leg DVD’s, and a couple of upper body DVD’s that are great.
