STS and Horizontal Conditioning

This is what I'm going to try. If it turns out to be too much on my UB, then I will switch HC out for Core Max which doesn't use the UB as much. Either way I'm going to get a solid core workout in twice a week :)

Day 1: HC 101 + Spin + Hip Thrusts(optional if I have any energy left)
Day 2: UB BACK, TRICEPS
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: HC 101 + HiiT 30/30
Day 5: CARDIO
Day 6: UB CHEST, SHOULDERS, BICEPS

I ended up not doing HC with STS during M1. I thought the problem was going to be my UB, but it turned out it was my hip flexor. I also added spinning while doing STS(brand new to me) and my body was not happy with all that newness at once. I dropped HC to let my body get used to spinning and I only did core work that didn't work my legs. That let me strengthen all parts of my body at once. Now at the end of M2 I can do STS, spin, and HC :). I do my core work as part of a double in the evening. But I want to get away from that. My doubles are a temporary thing, so I'll have to figure out something else moving forward.
