One last check back before bed. I'm sitting here icing my heel for good measure!
It actually seems better today so maybe I did just pull something?!?!?
Tomorrow night is gym night! (My favorite!)
So I meant to tell you all the other day...after messing around with weights at the gym, I find I still prefer doing my Cathe workouts for weights! I supposed I could get into it and get used to it if I had to, and maybe I will, but I find I like having all my stuff around me and reaching for what I want, having it right there, etc. It's not that I've really had to wait for anything at the gym, and maybe because I haven't gone in there with a real organized weight workout plan, but I like working out with Cathe! And, even though I love my Cathe step tapes, I am having fun in the classes but that's different! (I still haven't tried their step yet - wait for the heel to be better!) So anyway, I'm just telling you all this because I don't know that I'd want to go TOTAL gym. Also, though the machines are cool and interesting, I do prefer free weights overall because of knowing you have to focus on form, my seat is in the right position, etc. Anyway, just thinking out loud here, but except for maybe chest work where I really need a spotter if I want to get real heavy, my weights at home are fine. Last thought...I should go in there one day with one of my workout cards and be organized and see how I like lifting weights there. But no matter what...I'm still having FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN!!!!
