Hi Girls,
Jet lag is alive and active here! It's only 7:30 am and we are already feeling like eating lunch...LOL!
I did a treadmill walk with my new shoes and promptly got a blister yesterday... So, no workout with shoes for me today. I figured since I am so out of shape it wouldn't hurt to do a gentle band pilates workout today, no shoes required and a stretch max segment. I did stretch the last two days and was pleasantly surprised how flexible I stayed, and it felt wonderful to stretch, so am going to do it again today.
I'm not sure what else I'll do today other than feel like a zoombie, but I will try again to post some pics, yesterday did not work out.... something didn't want to work and I didn't feel like digging....
