Cathlete
Cathe postd the January rotation, looks intense but just what I need after a lazy December!! So did HITT Double Wave Pyramid with dd this afternoon.

Cendrine, I think I'll take the snow over the rain/mud. At least the snow is nice and clean;)

We went over to see the house and they are making great progress! The basement has a floor, furnace, water heater, tub and is framed in! My workout area is going to be slightly bigger than we thought. It's beside the stairs going down and we thought the area under the stairs was going to part of the storage room but it's framed in to be part of the workout area. It'll be perfect for storing my equipment:D:D I tried out some grapevines and tuck jumps and my workout area is small but perfect size!!

DD and I stopped and bought some curtains for her bedroom! It's nice to get one set of curtains done.

We met ds and DH at the house (they're busy with curling and hockey today) and they knew I had been waiting to find out about the Jan rotation as soon as we got there, the first thing they said was that my workout of the day was HITT Double Wave.:rolleyes: They had been checking for me, LOL

I still haven't received my Cathe calendar yet so can't write down my workout. Monday is a holiday day here (in lieu of New Year's Day) so one more day off then back to work. The kids don't go back to school till Thursday, when are you starting school Cendrine?

Hope everyone is enjoying 2011!! Rachael are you going to do the January rotation???

Well It is all written in my calendar, Kim., so I think I am doing it!;) I was looking forward to more weights this month but I decided yesterday that whatever she posted, I would do so it looks like more cardio. It will get me out of my comfort zone, that is for sure. I don't know about yall but I don't feel like i strayed to far from my normal eating this holiday season aside from the couple of big dinners I didn't really get into the cookies too much this season.

We had a day of just catching up on stuff today. The yard needed raked, (AGAIN) so dh did that while I took all of the Christmas down and then I straightened up my gym. We are not really quite done but we were far enough that I could finally hang my mirrors back up so I got that done. Then I swept and mopped it really good to get ready to sweat all over it tomorrow...LOL

Kim-Instead of the Hiit for tomorrow , I had to sub CCC. My friend has the Hiit and I did not feel like going to get it today. I just need to remember to get it before the next time it comes up. I am not sure if I will follow the rotation to the T but I will stick pretty close to what she has. I am thinking that a few days that have the cardio add ons I might just do abs instead. I need to get some endurance in that area too.

Cendrine-Soon you are going to need a canoe to get to the cub scout meetings! I just can not believe how much rain yall are getting! Were the kids freezing when they were making the moat? Leave it to kids to get that creative. I bet they were having so much fun.
Did you start the rotation yet?

Jo-I hope you had a great trip to your moms. Did Ibo ride well in the car on that long trip. My Butters (wolfy looking pup) does not ride well at all. He gets super car sick. It makes me think he had a tramatic experience when he was younger.

Oh I totally forgot to tell yall about my workout yesterday! DH did it with me. It was High Reps and I promise you have never heard so much groaning in your lives! I think he got a whole new respect for Cathe and crew! Esp. after he realized on some of the things Cathe out-weighted him! It was so much fun though. I will have to admit that I tried harder when he was in there because I wanted him to be impressed by my endurance. LOL Anyhow he made it all the way until the chest part and then he gave out. In his defense though he was working on an empty stomach so I was impressed that he made it that far!

OK better go. Hope you have all had a great holiday!

Kim, I love that you get storage area built into your workout area! How nice! And I had to smile when you told me your dh and ds were checking the rotation for you! LOL! Very sweet of them!
What kinds of curtains did dd pick? Dd just announced to me that she was ready for a big girl bed with the pillows and comforters that come with it... So we'll be shopping again soon too!
Dh has tomorrow off as well, so I'm not starting school with the kids until Tuesday. With all this rain, I am not really sure what we will be doing tomorrow! LOL! Today we went to see Spangled in 3D. It was a very fun movie, I don't know if any of you have seen it but it was quite nice! (we had gotten tickets for Christmas, so it was fun to go splurge for free!)

Rachel, I'm happy for you that your workout room is back together again! I wonder if I'm ever going to get my own room for working out... Sure sounds nice! The kids did get numb when they were playing in the water/sand, so at first it was cold, then it was just numb, and then once in the car, I think they realized how cold they really were...LOL! But kids can take so much both ways! They can run around in the 90°F sun and when it's freezing and just don't seem to be detracted by it at all!

My equipment is all set up for disc 1 tomorrow morning! I am so motivated! I honestly started thinking that I wasn't ever going to be able to do STS again, when my back just kept acting up. So this is just awesome and uplifing for me and helps me stay focused on the healing journey, and makes me so grateful, that there is a journey to be had!

Jo, thinking of you and hoping you have lots of fun with Ibo and your Mom!

Good First Monday of the Year!

Well I started off today with the 34 min premix on CCC. The rotation called for a Hiit and since the workouts get longer and longer, I thought I would take it easy on the CCC and do a more Hiit length workout. Make sense? LOL
I hadn't done that one in a while and just doing the premix was really hard so later in the month when it calls for the whole thing, I am going to have to do some siking myself up, if you know what I mean.

Not too much on the agenda today. We have some sunshine so we might do some working outside in the yard. (I hope) I am getting restless so I either hope we work on the last of the gym walls so I can start sealing them or we work outside so I can get out of this house.

Cendrine-I am so excited for you that you are really raring to go at the STS rotation. I know you are going to do great with all the mods.
I do feel super fortunate that I have a room devoted to working out. That is why I admire you so much. I know if I didn't have that I would be far less motivated to work out if I had to drag my stuff out all the time.
I know exactly what you mean about kid not being affected by the weather. When we were on vacation with my brother and his family, you could not get the kids outs of the water. It was super cold and there teeth would be chattering and there lips would almost be blue. WHen we would try to get them out they would say through chattering teeth...I'm not cold! LOL

Kim-I just love it that the boys were watching for the rotation for you! That is so great! Will DH join you for some workouts this month?

Jo-Did you have to go back to work today? I hope all is well! Fenced in yet?

40 min run on tm and ab circuits (plates and weights) done! Last day of holidays for me! My niece and nephew are coming over after lunch, the 2 boys (ds and nephew) are going to watch a hockey game with ds's hockey team. The Under 17 World hockey tournament is presently taking place in our city, I think it's the Canada vs USA game. I'm going to take the girls (dd and niece )to an indoor mini golf place while the boys are at the game so everyone gets a fun afternoon.

I'm going to try and get some packing, and housework done today as I think life will start to get busy again tomorrow and this Jan rotation has long workouts on it!

Rachael The ccc cardio sounds like a good sub for a HITT. What does your friend think of the HITT workouts? How much fun to have your DH join in with your workout! Is he complaining of any DOMS. DH came home yesterday and was disappointed that dd and I had done HITT already so he did a Cathe workout all by himself. He did a meso 1 leg workout from STS. Strange to hear Cathe playing in the house when I'm not working out.

Cendrine DD pick some green drapes out from Jysk (which is an IKEA copycat store) We took them over to the new house along with her current bedding and everything seems to match/fit. They were actually quite cheap $20 a panel (we needed 2 panels and a rod) but they match here current decorations (underwater/dolphins) I figure another couple of years and she will want a more grown up room and then the green might not match so I'm not spending a lot of money. It seems with kids that I'm always redo the decor as the get older. Does your dd want a certain theme for her room? How did disc 1 go?? Did you see the announcement from SNM to print all your workouts cards for the week as the workout manager might be down for awhile this week.

Disc 1 done! Yay! I definitely went a lot lighter than last time around, and I think the fact that I have to lift lighter is a blessing in disguise, because I could lift heavier but then my neck somehow always takes the rap for it. Say I do 15lbs overhead presses. I could do the reps, but then my neck would be very tight and sore and would need a lot of tlc to get better. Now I took it easy particularly on all shoulder exercises and I feel like my neck is still happy! Gotta keep reminding me of that as I go on! I get a bit competitive with myself about how much weight I can handle but evidently i seem to compensate with my neck...
I also did a tm interval first that got me good and warmed up.

Kim, I think it's very wise to not invest too much money into decorating a kids room, since it will change again before long! Dd has not told me any decorating plans yet, but I bet it would involve either fairies or princesses. When I decorated her room for the nursery, dh painted the walls in a soft lilac pastel color, then I painted on butterflies in darker purples and yellows that matched the style of butterflies on her little purple lampshade and I made her a bedspread that I painted the same butterflies on with fabric color. It's a pretty butterfly, not too babyish, so it can last for a while. I also got her sheer lavendar curtains for the windows, and even her dresser knobs and vanity knobs have the butterflies on them that I used on the walls and blanket, just smaller. Later I made her a growth chart with the same designs on them. I'm hoping she will be happy with this for a while longer....LOL
Ds got a redo of his room (was Winnie the Pooh when it was a nursery) when dd was born. At the time he was into Madagaskar, so we used an overhead projector to enlarge the main animals and painted them on a light green back ground. He has a loft bed with a desk underneath, so we draped jungle like silk plants around the frame to make it jungleish, Malman, the giraffe became his growth chart....;) He would jump on the idea of a more stare wars-ish theme now, but that's gonna have to wait until we are off school for the year, I think....
Too funny that dh was disappointed your workout was done and proceeded to do his own! I'm with you, hearing cathe and knowing you are not working out to it is a new thing....LOL!

Rachel, I think the ccc was a great sub too! Nice work for doing it and choosing a premix! I meant to compliment your dh for braving High Reps, too! It's hard to be shown up by a girl! My dh had issues with that as well....LOL! I hope you get to do one or the other of your projects today, sounds like you need a bit of action...LOL!

Hey Jo, you are probably on your way home. Have a safe trip!

Sounds like you put a lot of work into those kids' bedrooms, Cendrine! I bet they're beautiful! Guess what, dd's box of toys is now unpacked:rolleyes:

Funny, Kim, just like you foretold...LOL!
Yes, we put quite some time into those rooms, mind you, not much of any other part of the house got this much tlc... I don't think any future decorating changes will be quite as involved...;)

Just wanted to tell you, we had ordered this new table for our kitchen, a nice big one, the one we have now is getting increasingly tiny... We picked it up today only to find out that it is banged up several places... So we had to pack it back up and return it. Dh was rather frustrated with this, it definitely was a lousy packing job on whoever packed it... So he wanted to eat out to get something out of having to be back out to return the stupid table.... Since Whole Foods is right where the return place is, we went there. I finally tried their juice bar! The guy was so nice he made me a juice with quite a few extra ingredients than the usual (you are given five choices) He made me a juice with kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, bell peppers, ginger, apple, and beet. It was super delish! Loved every sip of it! And wished I'd have gotten the big one! LOL! I am fighting something so have been drinking GSE all day and thought this juice will help nicely! Let's hope my symptoms are gone tomorrow!

Well, school starts again tomorrow, as I know it does for you guys, Kim, so get a good night in and have a great start!

Happy New Year! Well, was I ever mixed up on my days! We got home today (forgot I had today off) instead of yesterday. School started yesterday (which I forgot)...so got home and then had to get busy reading to get going on my homework. Bottomline, not having my computer available last week messed me up!!! So this is the first I've had an opportunity to send a note. I haven't got to read any posts but will do that tomorrow. Right now I need to get to bed!

Hope everyone is doing well and I'll talk to you tomorrow!

Good afternoon!
Sorry for the late post for me but I hit the ground running today and am just taking a little lunch break to check in with you guys.
We ended up just going for a nice drive yesterday since it was too pretty to stay inside and so none of the projects got started yesterday.
I decided while DH was away this morning that I would surprise him when he got home and get as far as I could on the last wood wall in my workout room so that is what I am working on now. I am almost done but going up and down the ladder slows things down quite a bit!

For the 40 min SS workout this morning I did 40 mins (about) of rhythmic step and then did the weights and plates. I hadn't done RS in a while and so I was kind of relearning a little as I went but I caught on.:D

Kim-Honestly I have no idea why my gf wanted to borrow Hiit. She borrowed a couple of Cathe DVD's from me and I think she has only attempted one and only did maybe 30 mins of that one:rolleyes: I think maybe it was the boxing one. I think she could do all of it if she really tried but she kind of gives up.
Yeah on getting a jump start on the curtains. I still have no curtains in my mudroom. I guess it is a good thing I live in the woods. LOL

Cendrine-I hopt that bug does not slow you down on your rotation. At least you are dosing yourself though and maybe that will kick it before it has a chance to start.
I would love to try a juice like that. We don't really have anywhere around here that makes juices like that. The only thing you can get around here is more of a smoothie type thing and even though they are touted as being healthy I think they are pretty much loaded with sugar. It is too bad people think they are doing a good thing for themselves and it is really just defeating the purpose.

Jo-Glad you are back. Isn't it terrible how much we need our computers now days? I am sure I could get along with out mine alright. You having your school and work pretty much all tied into yours though probably makes it really hard to get by too long with out yours though!
I hope you can get caught up without too much stress...
What did your mom think about Ibo and what did Ibo think about Oregon?

OK off to finish before dh gets home...Have a great day!

Hi All!

I did a tm walk with the Cathe vest and a 30/30 format that worked me good and then I did the yoga abs from the circuits plus stretch.

Welcome home, Jo! I would be disoriented too, without a computer! I hope you got some good rest and are able to catch up on your home work without feeling too back logged!
Can't wait to hear how your trip was!

Rachel, you are right, the smoothie places have these premixed things they add or use sherbert and such in them! More like a dessert, really. But I have discovered that at Jamba Juice, a particular smoothie branch here (don't know if you have them) you can be picky and ask them to put in nonfat frozen yoghurt instead of sherbert (although, coming to think of it, that yoghurt is probably still sweetened....) and ask for fruit rather than fruit juice... Bottom line though, you are right, you can make a much healthier one at home for less! I'm still feeling the bug trying to take up residence, but so far it hasn't won, and I'm going to keep fighthing....LOL!

Hi Kim, how was your day back on regular schedule? Just think, soon you won't have to commute so much any more!

Wow Cendrine...What a good idea, converting the Hiit times to the tm. I bet that was a good workout!
And of course we don't have a Jamba Juice...we don't have anything. LOL The only chain we have is Smoothie King. Then I think some of the Gyms have a juice bar. There is one other natural food store that has different kinds of smoothies and I really liked theirs. They used frozen yogurt and fresh fruit but I wish they would serve some more savory juices like the one you described.

I did it...I totally finished putting the trim up so now I just have a few odds and ends to do. The main thing will be to seal the wood but I am not in a huge hurry to do that. First I need to fix any holes that were in the wood with some wood putty. So tomorrow if I don't get too busy with something, I will try to post some pics of what I have done so far.

For now I am pooped so it is shower and then dinner for me.
TTYT

Jo Welcome back. Don't forget TBL starts tonight!

Cendrine The first day back at work went pretty well, we had lots of cancellations, I guess people were still in the holiday mode;) The kids don't go back to school till Thursday so I didn't have to do the long commute today. I'm sure not looking forward to returning to the commute but at least it's for only a few more weeks! They were home alone today and I think they're getting pretty restless. The HITT on the tm sounds like a good idea, I think I did a similar thing with Imax when I was marathon training years ago.

Rachael You're sure keeping busy with your time off! I would love to see some pictures of your workout room!!

I did the 30 min brisk walk before work and after supper DH and I completed STS total body. Cathe has a few double workouts listed this month.

Congrats on finishing so much today, Rachel! I second Kim, I would love to see some pics when you get a chance. Well deserved rest for you for now though! ;) Smoothie King doesn't sound all that healthy to me....:p Maybe if you go to the healthstore and just ask them to make you something off the menu? I don't know if they will, but it's worth a shot...;)

Kim, wow, you did do a double workout today! Nice going! I forgot that you said your kids weren't going back to school yet. So that makes it a little more slow transition, which I 'm glad for you! Too bad about all the cancellations! Do you end up just sitting around when there are cancellations or do you get resourced out someplace else in the hospital?

What was I thinking that I could get caught up today??? So, again, not having my computer last week...I had 400 emails to deal with today! UGGHHH! The good news is I WENT TO SPINNING TONIGHT!!! Yes boys and girls, I did and it felt great! I really backed off on the sprints as I'm still supposed to be taking it easy and I seemed to feel those more in my ab area than the hills. I was a good girl, still got nice and sweaty but didn't feel I overdid anything! I have so much to tell you guys I don't know where to begin! So I'll just try and add things throughout the week.

First off...you guys!

Kim, I'm so excited to read about the progress on your house and your workout area! WHOOOHOO! I'm ecstatic for you! That makes those workouts sound even better than ever huh? ;) By the way, I'm sitting here watching TBL! I think I'm going to enjoy this season! I love that DH worked out with you!

Cendrine, DD's room sounds so cute! You are so creative! Can you take a picture? I would love to see it! What a pain with the table! Oh, and that juice sounds delicous! It's very similar to one I've made only I didn't put cucumbers in it! YUMMY! Hope you're feeling okay! I'm so proud of you for tackling STS again! Don't be concerned with going light! It'll probably really make a difference in making sure you don't aggravate your back!

Rachel, Smoothie King??? LOL! That sounds suspicous! :p You need a nice delicious refreshing juice! Can't wait to see your pictures of the workout room! You guys are all so creative! If we ever had a different house I will have a designated workout room...my stuff is all over the house! (Good thing we don't have much company!) Well, the company we do have know I have a fitness passion and I think they wish they had my stuff! LOL! I loved reading about DH and High Reps! Gives you some new respect huh?

By the way...I MISSED YOU GIRLS!!

Time at mom's was fun! Saw lots of family and friends and really didn't get hardly anytime alone with mom at all. But that's okay as last week was about family and friends! :D Ibo was the perfect dog! DH and I both have SUV's and we don't even need to use a crate - he just gets in the back and lays down - he doesn't try and get in the seats or smear up the windows with dog nose prints. He sits up when we stop and looks around then lays back down. One of the funniest things that happened was my ex-SIL came over with her 9 month old miniature dachsund puppy. He was running around Ibo like a mouse! After the normal butt and body sniffing, Ibo layed down and the little dog ran around him about 90 miles per hour. Finally Ibo stood up, put his mouth over the puppies entire head (gently not in a mean way) and then swatted the puppy on the butt! Then let him go and layed down again. Of course you would had to have been there but it was hilarious! Little dog just kept at him wanting to play and Ibo ignored him after the swat! Ibo was wonderful with everyone and behaved wonderfully! We played a lot with him in my mom's yard and then he'd just come in and lay down. Everyone is impressed with his behavior. But once we start playing, he doesn't want to stop! We have to go a solid hour with him to try and wear him out. Like clockwork, he get DH up everynight at 2:30 to go out so we're trying to figure out how to break that and get him to sleep all night (like having a baby!). So we've changed his eating times and we'll see how that goes. The longer we have him, the more his personality is coming out. He's quite a character! (Are you tired of hearing about him yet?) ;) Tomorrow will be the first time he has to be alone so we'll see how it goes; so far DH has taken him everywhere with him and of course he was with us last week. Oh, and because of our snow and ice they couldn't finish the fence because they couldn't get up our hill. They finally came back today and I guess it's about half done but it was dark when I got home so I didn't see it. That's dog update - I LOVE HIM! I think I still need to post pictures don't I?

School started and this time I have Statistics and Principles of Management (that one should be very easy for me). I got my grades from my last classes and I got A's in both. :D Nothing like an A to make a girl happy! I think I'm going to love Statistics too!

I still need to tell you about my shoulder but that is going to take another long post. But for tonight I'll tell you I like the new PT place better than the last one (even though I like the last one). I like what this place is having me do more than the other...and remember they have the Cathe med balls in their windows! LOL!

I still need to read last posts from last week to see what I missed - I hate being behind! Whah! I'm glad to be back in contact with you guys and am so GLAD I got to spin tonight! I still can't do weights for 3 more weeks because of my surgery. I can't believe how fast I'm healing...one of the incision places has already almost disappeared although you can feel it but I'm sure that will go away over time. I'm very pleased with my results! Also, I think when my bellybutton is completely healed you'll not be able to tell what happened there. All the brusing is already gone except for just a few tiny spots.

Are you tired of me yet? I'm off to bed! By the way, I'm reading a great new Ken Follett book on my Kindle: Fall of Giants. It's the first in a new triology he's writing. I've only read about 25% but I'm enjoying it.

Talk to you tomorrow.

I forgot to tell you guys, the gym was PACKED tonight! All those New Year's resolution people in there! Sad really because you know by the end of the month it will already be declining! Every single cardio machine was occupied when we got in there and they have about 50 treadmills not to mention all the other machines. I was astounded...every single TM, eliptical, stairclimber, recumbent, etc. had a body on it! We purposely left work at 3:45 knowing it would be busy there so it was that busy at 4:00! Also, the weight room area (which is huge) had a bijillion people! But we just went in, signed up for spinning and got our bikes! The class was completely full though!

Welcome back Jo!! What a busy day you had yesterday and you made time for the gym!! I'm so glad that you're taking it easy at spinning! Ibo sounds like he's fitting right into the family! How great to get a dog that's already so well trained! LOL on the 2:30 am playtime maybe he needs a good run before bed to tire him out.
I'm reading the third book about the girl with the dragon tattoo, I have to say that I'm not so impressed so far. It's not nearly as good as the first two. I should have lots of time to read at jury duty the next couple of days. What did you think of TBL? Some interesting people on the show this time, I was kind of annoyed that they didn't show the new trainers:cool:

Some of my coworkers were already complaining about the crowded gyms! Another bonus to working out at home I guess.

Cendrine Well today with my quiet afternoon I ended up doing some studying as we've had a few recent unusual injuries that I wasn't too familiar with. It was great to have the time to do that and now I know lots more about the ligaments in the wrist! Occasionally management will move staff around, but usually it's us that are super busy and other therapists that have time come and help us. Rarely happens the other way. Are you feeling okay today? So are you getting a replacement table from the same place?

Intensity is on the schedule for today. DH said wait to do it this evening as he wants to do it with me. So that is the plan and I got to sleep in and post this morning instead of working out.
Not looking forward to tomorrow as it's the start of school and jury duty:( I had to make alternate arrangements for the kids to get to/from school so it will be a long day for all of us especially after being nice and lazy the last couple of weeks. I will drop the kids off at my mom's early and she will feed them breakfast and take them to school. After school they will take the bus with their cousins and will pick them up from there after jury duty which is supposed to go quite late. Hopefully this routine is very short lived! Then ds has a hockey game across town in the evening so will be quite a day.

Rachael are you doing STS Total body today? Are you going to add in the 30 min brisk walk? These double workouts are going to take up lots of time. What do you have left to do in the workout room?

Disc 2 done! I think I'm going to feel it in my tris tomorrow...;) I enjoyed doing it though, and I started off with a ss tm walk with the vest (I'm trying to get some form of cardio every day to help get rid of the holiday indulgences this year.... I haven't gained weight during the holidays in years, but my guard was down or my self-discipline compromised this year....LOL!

Jo, that story of Ibo and the puppy was hilarious! I may not have been there but you described it well enough for me to laugh out loud! What a communicator Ibo is! Sorry about the fence still not being all the way done! But soon now! And 400 emails! geesh, you are a popular woman! I hope you can just delete a lot of them without having to put time into answering every single one of them!
The gym is packed here too, dh says. It's a sure sign that the new year has come! Now the funny thing is that you could see it even at the dance studio yesterday with the kids. Dd's class had a few more girls than last time and ds's class was two thirds bigger! It was so crowded I am hoping that they will either add another class or that most won't return next week:eek::eek::eek:

Yep, Kim, working out at home is awesome! Never have to wait to get on the machine or to the weights! So nice! And you never have to leave the house! It's funny I was telling dh that when cardio equip is in such high demand, maybe he should just ride his bike to the gym and back and just do weights... to which he says, I could do weights at home.... and I'm just thinking, my point exactly! lOL! But the gym is nice when it's not crowded for dh, somehow he seems to need to get out of the house.

Kim, that is great that you got to do some studying! Very good use of time! So what about jury duty, will you just have to sit there until/if they call you in for an interview and hope you don't get picked? One time dh was lucky, they were all sitting there to wait their turn and then someone came out before lunch and said they had already picked their jury and that everyone could go home! Wouldn't that be nice for you? What a day you'll have tomorrow!

Good Afternoon Again:eek:

I totally forgot DH and I had a dentist appt. today. SO ever since this morning we have been busy doing one thing or another.
Now we found out today that DH has to get his wisdom teeth out. So they are doing one extraction tomorrow and I think the other 2 on a different day. His are already out so all they have to do is pull them as oppose to cutting them out like I had to have done. I really think mine is going to be the less evasive of the 2 options...I got to sleep right thru my procedure! I think dh kind felt roped into the whole thing. I like to get these things over with and DH likes to work his way into it so when they said they had an appt. for tomorrow dh's face kind of went a little sour. LOL This will be the easy one first though, so maybe he will get over it pretty quickly and will be willing to get the others over too.

I did do STS total body this morning and intended to do the brisk walk sometime this afternoon but I am not sure if I will get to it. It would have to be outside and it might be dark before I am done with dinner.

Jo-I love all the stories about Ibo so don't stop! haha I too got a good mental picture of Ibo basically telling the little dach he was a bit annoying.LOL Did your sister in law freak a little when Ibo mouth took up the little pups whole body?
Hopefully your work load won't be as bad with your classes this time around since you kind of are familiar with the subject matter.
Oh and yes I love the dictionary on the kindle! The other day I learned what neisi was...I think I am spelling it right...Any how it an American or Canadian with parents of Japanese decent...I hope that was right LOL

Cendrine-Woo hoo On disc 2!!!
It is strange that you even see an increase in your kids classes. I guess those resolutions are far reaching! LOL
Cathe's rotation this month is big time on cardio. I am missing the sts style or gym style workouts but I have super poor cardio endurance esp. for as long as I have been "trying" to do Cathe successfully...LOL I am hoping by not opting out of this month that maybe I will build up end. and shave a little fat off the edges too.:D
Oh I forgot to ask if Seattle is a buzz with the Seahawks being in the play offs? I am not that much of a follower but when I saw that I thought of you!;)

Kim-I guess you called it on the packing and unpacking huh. LOL Kids are just too funny sometimes. DD packed her the things she surely did not want to forget first but then realized she wasn't done playing with them. LOL
I hope jury duty is over quickly for you. I know what a pain it can be. Apparently there is some big trial that they are selecting a jury for here too. Some of my friends from the neighboring town are being called and they have to go to the convention center which means that they are calling a big jury pool. That is very unusual for around here.

I know I said I would post some pics and I will. Hopefully tomorrow I will have some down time!
