I am presently doing the STS/LIS rotation and am amazed at the results so far (after only a month), I love how the mesocycles are changing weekly preventing boredom. How about an STS 2 but design it to be used with the first STS, this way you are doing a different w/o every week but maintaining the strength you are developing in that mesocycle. I would also love another LIS w/o as these have definitely helped my "achy" back. I never realized how much stress the high intensity was putting on my joints, I definitely am not missing the higher intensity w/o!
