Hi Everyone,

Has anyone got an excel worksheet for STS 2.0?

It seems like the one on the user guide for STS 2.0 Total giant sets is not correct.
Is it possible to get one from workout manager?

Hi, It won't let me share my excel spreadsheet. Here are PDF versions of both my sheets (word and excel) for STS 2.0. I'm not sure if they'll be helpful--but just in case they might be . . .
