STS 2.0 Total Body Giant Sets

Another stability ball tip. I was concerned about chasing the ball while attempting to sit on it with a heavy barbell. I tried stabilizing it with dumbells placed on either side, but it still moved some. Yesterday I placed it on a riser, then sat on it and rolled off the riser .... works fine ... also rolls back up on the riser fine too if you keep a straight line. I like using the stability ball much better than the step.
 
I do hip thrusts using my stability ball. Works great. Very easy to roll out, do the thrusts and then roll back up. I have been doing it this way for more than 3 years, I am using an 80# bar-bell with no problems.
