STS 2.0 Back/Biceps

Today I did STS 2.0 Back and Biceps, Mishmosh 1. I really enjoyed this workout and worked up a serious sweat. I am
glad I purchased the Dip Bars. I prefer using the Dip Bars and they are perfect for inverted rows. I still was able to use my Turbo Tower for banded pull downs. I'm really enjoying STS 2.0. Thanks Cathe.

Glad to hear you liked using the bars in the Parts segment for Back & Biceps. I surprised myself by how much I liked the Parts phase - I thought it'd be my least favorite of STS2.0 but it's not - I especially love Back & Shoulders! :)
