Is there any benefit to performing the exercises on the STS 1RM Chart in the order they appear?
I have done STS before, but I want to update my 1RM's before I start again. I remember from last time that I didn't like the order of the exercises because of the equipment changes, fatigue to one body area, etc. I also want to get through the list as quickly as possible, so I plan to do 10 exercises per day (5 in the morning and 5 in the eveing). This time, I'm planning on ordering the exercises to fit my preferences but I didn't want to do this if there is a reason for their specific order on the chart.
