When the StretchMax DVD is ordered separately and not as part of preorder set, does the resistance band come with it, or does that have to be ordered separately? If so, what is the cost of the band?
I think the resistance bands were free if you ordered the entire set, not sure but I think that was what the offer was. You can get the bands at www.fwonline.com - they are $10 for a set of 3 and $13 for a set of 4.
