First of all, I love your workouts. I started your fitness programs on Fit TV 3 months ago and have slowly but surely purchased the blast series DVDs and all of your new series except Muscle Max and Low Max. I'm never bored and love mixing and matching your DVD's, doing cardio 6 days a week and doing either a circut or a weight workout 2-3 times per week. I've been incorperating some ballet & yoga into my routines to give myself a good balanced program. Anyway, I've been using your Stretch Max as well after my cardio and LOVE IT. Sometimes I do the entire DVD instead of one set. My new found flexibility has been a wonderful surprise to me. So, my question is this.
1.
What Stretches should I concentrate on to be able to perform the splits and how long should I expect to wait before being able to perform them? I would say I'm average in flexibility and understand everyones different and you can only give me an estimated time frame etc.
2.
If doing say Legs and Glutes on Monday, can I still work on on say Kick Punch and Crunch on Tuesday and count it only as a cardio then going right back into say Gym Style Legs on Wed.?

I've been doing this and feel fine but want to make sure I'm working smart.
